Job Description

This position involves managing the Building environment to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations. Key responsibilities include developing customer relationships, coordinating actions from the Building User Group and monitoring services within the building.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop effective relationships with internal and external customers through regular Building User Group meetings.
  2. Coordinate tasks and issues arising from the Building User Group, ensuring efficient communication between services.
  3. Monitor services delivered within the building, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have IT Literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Relevant experience in managing multifunctional services and teams is essential.
