Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at BSRIA in Bracknell. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across all areas of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily cleaning quality checks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Provide support for BSRIA events, including setting up and catering for training sessions, staff cafeteria, toilets and offices.
  • Carry out building checks and litter picking as required to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage the staff cafeteria, including loading and emptying the dishwasher, checking and topping up stocks of tea, coffee, and sugar.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, particularly regarding cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to Facilities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and manual handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in managing cleaning supplies, linen inventory, and equipment.
  • Awareness of sustainable cleaning practices, including eco-friendly products and waste reduction techniques.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £18,200 (FTE £26,936). You will also receive a range of benefits, including a Workplace Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, and Online GP Support Services.
