We are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Children Support Worker to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our residential children's home, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children aged 11-16 who require specialist services due to social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.

About the Role:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of Residential Childcare Workers (RCWs)
  2. Create a positive and engaging living environment that promotes learning and growth
  3. Contribute to the development of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the children's progress
  5. Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in residential childcare settings
  • A valid driving license (essential)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (essential)
