About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CSG. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance and repair services to our customers, diagnosing and problem-solving issues, and providing installation and refurbishment services for pump stations, treatment plants, and interceptors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to customers
  • Diagnose and problem-solve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide installation and refurbishment services for pump stations, treatment plants, and interceptors
  • Maintain and update maintenance reports
  • Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours
  • Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviours

Person Specification:

  • 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, grade 5 and above or the equivalent, these should include English Language, Maths and a Science subject
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, taking pride in completing repairs to a high level of quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A methodical and hands on approach to learning
  • Able to work alone and within a larger team
  • Full UK driving licence
