Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CSG. As an Apprentice Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance and repair services to our customers, diagnosing and problem-solving issues, and providing installation and refurbishment services for pump stations, treatment plants, and interceptors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to CSG customers
  • Diagnose and problem-solve issues with equipment and systems
  • Provide installation and refurbishment services for pump stations, treatment plants, and interceptors
  • Maintain and update maintenance reports
  • Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviors
  • Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviors

Apprenticeship Opportunity:

You will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician (Electrical bias) apprenticeship, which will provide you with the foundation knowledge, skills, and behaviors in engineering. This apprenticeship will last between 36-42 months and will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting.

Person Specification:

  • 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, grade 5 and above or the equivalent, including English Language, Maths, and a Science subject
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A methodical and hands-on approach to learning
  • Able to work alone and within a larger team
  • Full UK driving license
