Role Responsibilities:

· Provide maintenance and repair services to CSG clients.

· Diagnose issues, problem-solve, and provide quotes for repairs.

· Offer installation and refurbishment services for pump stations, treatment plants, and interceptors.

· Maintain and update maintenance documentation.

· Adhere to Group Health & Safety policies and practices.

· Exhibit CSG management performance behaviors.

Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship

You will be enrolled in a Level 3 Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician (Electrical bias) apprenticeship, designed to impart foundational knowledge, skills, and behaviors in engineering, working towards a technical certificate over two academic years. Following the initial training, you will focus on developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviors necessary for an end-point assessment, which includes a practical observation, an online test, and a professional discussion.

The apprenticeship is expected to last between 36-42 months, and for candidates who excel, there will be opportunities for further career advancement and a salary review.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Possesses 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, grade 5 and above, or equivalent, including English Language, Maths, and a Science subject.

· Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, taking pride in delivering high-quality repairs.

· Exhibits excellent communication skills.

· Approaches learning in a methodical and hands-on manner.

· Capable of working independently as well as part of a larger team.

· Holds a full UK driving license.
