We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team for a long-term project. This role involves working on the installation of various plumbing systems, including air source heat pumps, shower trays, toilets, and risers in a student accommodation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure efficient project completion.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS or JIB skill card.
• Proven experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with an expected work schedule of approximately 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
