Risk Management Specialist

We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mitigating against the risk of fraud & bad debt on mobile products.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for identifying suspicious and/or high-risk activity utilising internal systems/manual reports.

Responsibilities

  • Identify suspicious and/or high-risk activity utilising internal systems/manual reports
  • Carry out accurate risk assessments and take appropriate action to minimise the loss of revenue to client and/or customer
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved promptly

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of MS Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, SharePoint
  • Fraud/billing experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly analyse information/data attained from external/internal sources
  • Problem solving/decision making skills, effective negotiation, influencing & problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication & ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £13.43 per hour, with enhanced rates for after 9pm and Sunday working. Our company also offers a minimum 6-month contract with a basic Access NI check required.
