Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Manager to join our finance team in the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure financial stability and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and audit processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
