We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Home Care team as a Social Care Policy Development Specialist. This role offers a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Position

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and guiding our Care Team to achieve the best outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and quality standards.

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and outcomes
  2. Work closely with the management team to ensure effective service planning and delivery
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the Care Team to achieve best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements

Key qualifications and skills include experience in Supported Living services, working with complex care packages, adults with learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injuries, and autism. The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and strong computer systems knowledge.
