Reception and Administrative Support

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Reception and Administrative Support to join our Aldrich & Company Limited team in the heart of the West End. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring our reception area runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with clients, vendors, and visitors
- Manage phone calls and emails, and respond accordingly
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare for presentations
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy, and assist with audio-visual equipment
- Manage post and courier services, including ordering supplies
- Provide administrative support to the EA team, including processing expenses
- Prepare marketing materials and help with event planning
About the Role:
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, offering a competitive salary package of up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits per annum.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a professional environment, interacting with clients
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
