Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Ownership of Reward Zendesk queries, managing queries within SLAs and escalating as required.
  • Support the implementation of reward policies and guides, ensuring they are kept up to date with legislative changes.
  • Ensure project plans are up to date and reward team are held accountable for actions in weekly meetings.
  • Maintain a Reward Comms calendar for the team.
  • Maintain the Partnership lists on a monthly basis, and carry out the eligibility and voting administration. Ensure all new successful partners are onboarded.

Compensation:

  • Support the Reward Team in the implementation of annual processes.
  • Coordinate benchmarking and grading process – Ensure job descriptions are submitted clearly and succinctly, coordinate panels with key stakeholders and record decisions via system.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as required and provide periodic Central Support insight.
  • Responsible for the annual salary survey submissions for Ops & CS.

  • Day-to-day management of our benefits including Life Assurance case management, AXA administration, benefit windows for new joiners and any ad hoc changes throughout the year.
  • Manage the regular comms and Reward Gateway queries
  • Manage pension queries and use relationship with payroll to escalate where required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to improve processes and find a better way of doing things.
  • A good problem solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise or escalate as required.
  • Naturally calm under pressure, able to distinguish the critical from the chaos.
  • Open-minded & collaborative, with sound judgment.
  • Experience working with Workday is ideal.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Can deal with sensitive and highly confidential information.
  • Previous HR and Reward experience or knowledge not required but desirable.
