Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in driving top-line revenue growth across our three established global exhibitions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze event data and industry feedback to inform sales decisions.
  • Identify and develop new sales networks and channels to enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and execute effective supplementary revenue streams strategies, including sponsorship, advertising, and digital revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
