As a key member of the UK corporate legal team, you will be responsible for delivering company secretarial services to clients across multiple offices in London, Manchester, and Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the head of the company secretarial unit in the delivery of company secretarial services
- Provide transactional support on M&A, fundraising, corporate reorganisations, and IPO structuring matters
- Collaborate with the UK corporate team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in company secretarial work
