We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager (Transformation) to join our team at Opus People Solutions based in Rugby.
This is a 6-12 month fixed term contract opportunity that offers a unique blend of strategic direction, change management, and leadership responsibilities.
- Lead the development and delivery of corporate strategy and transformation projects.
- MATRIX manage programme teams to deliver projects of organisational significance.
The salary range for this role is estimated to be around £48,474 - £51,515 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief Officer of Finance and Performance to deliver corporate strategy and transformation projects.
- Manage programme teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
