About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher to join our Alternative Learning Team in the Rugby region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to pupils aged 5-19, using a combination of direct home tutoring and online learning. Our Teachers are supported by a collaborative team, including Directors, SENCos, Operational Directors, and Managing Directors, as well as our extensive therapeutic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to pupils aged 5-19
  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet individual pupil needs
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Drive and have access to a vehicle for work purposes

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
