About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality early years education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Lead and manage a team of early years practitioners
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
