Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Underley Garden School in Kirkby Lonsdale. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher to develop a curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a curriculum that meets the diverse needs of pupils
  • Create a positive and safe learning environment
  • Promote positive relationships between peers
  • Work closely with the Headteacher to achieve school goals

Requirements:

  • Educated to Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience working with Autistic pupils
  • Therapeutic approach to teaching and learning
