At Elite Consultancy Network, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand our customer base within your designated region. This role combines field sales, account management, and business development, focusing on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for your region, aligned with company goals and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the construction and plant sectors.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Provide ongoing support, resolving customer queries and offering advice on equipment and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position us effectively. Gather and analyse market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our range of machinery, equipment, and services to effectively promote and sell to customers. Provide product demonstrations and technical advice when required.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing accurate forecasts and pipelines. Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on progress and market conditions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the construction equipment, plant machinery, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the plant and construction sectors and the ability to sell technical solutions.
  • Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong results-driven mentality.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
  • A full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
