Hays Technology is a leading provider of IT services and solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented IT Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to our users. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for resolving IT-related issues, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our IT team to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and procedures
  • Manage user accounts and perform hardware installations and configurations
  • Assist with new starter setups and moves
  • Communicate effectively with users to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Microsoft Technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Adaptability and a positive approach to change
  • Beneficial qualifications: ITIL Foundation, Azure Fundamentals, iManage, Aderant certifications

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a normal office environment, with occasional requirement to work outside normal office hours. Some travel between office locations may be required.
