Ambulance Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Ambulance Services Operations Manager to join our team at Sja's West.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality, well-led ambulance services and be able to forecast changes in operational requirements and demand, planning and acting accordingly to mitigate these.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in managing front-line staff, ensuring all operational issues are managed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
About the Role:
- Provide visible, compassionate leadership and coaching to front-line staff.
- Manage operational issues and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement plans to improve overall operational performance, including patient experience, clinical standards, cost control, health and safety, and other relevant KPIs.
- Create contract and performance reports, interpreting data and suggesting improvements.
