Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Reception Supervisor to join our team at NHS Jobs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with staff regarding policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to cascade information and address any concerns or questions staff may have.
  • Oversee the completion of staff timesheets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide expert advice to colleagues on relevant aspects of policies and procedures, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Respond to public inquiries, signposting to relevant services as necessary and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain detailed rotas, ensuring all reception areas are adequately staffed and meeting the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Exercise direct line management of staff, including annual leave, sickness, and other personnel-related matters.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional results.
