Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Novotel Liverpool Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service to guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's experience, ensuring they feel valued and welcome.
- Process payments and handle guest transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with guests via email and phone, providing clear and concise information about our hotel facilities and services.
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings and afternoons, to meet the needs of our business.
- Enroll guests in our Accor Loyalty Membership program, promoting our hotel's facilities and services to enhance their stay.
- Provide excellent communication with all departments, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Ensure all important information is passed to the next shift and colleagues, maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
- Proactively resolve any issues or problems that may arise, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Opera or a related system is an asset, as is fluency in English.
