Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Meliá Hotels International. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest registration, and room assignments.
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
- Upsell and promote additional services to guests, such as room upgrades, spa treatments, and dining experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
