Business Support Administrator

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Working Hours: 40 Hours per week

Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Location: Bicester (possibility of remote working, upon permanent contract)

Overview:

As a Business Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries from customers, both externally (hospitals) and internally (sales team). Each administrator deals with the sales teams and the technical support team as well as our customers, looking after them and developing good working relationships with all of them, enabling smooth processing of all enquiries.

The Role:
  • Process stock movements and perform stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Process sales team enquiries and customer backorder reporting to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Troubleshoot with sales team and customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Process enquiries from sales team and customers, and assist with annual inventory check.
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers and process goods-in, including inspection.
  • Perform inventory spot checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as required within the department.
Customer Care:
  • Answer telephone hotline and monitor company's customer service mailbox to process enquiries.
  • Process customer purchase orders, including consignment usage and replenishment.
  • Process customer loan equipment and despatch products from the warehouse.
  • Troubleshoot with customers and solve invoice queries.
  • Chase outstanding purchase orders in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Process product returns and process any other enquiries from customers.
  • Process consignment stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a complex, high workload admin/customer care environment.
  • Good communication skills, excellent telephone manner, and clear written presentation.
  • Good MS Office computer skills and working knowledge of SAP beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, methodical, and accurate under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, devoted to uncompromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a small team.
  • Open-minded and positive regarding continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills.
