Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and courier liaison.
- Prepare standard client letters as required.
- Assist with organizing staff and office events.
- Support the Office Manager with building security and maintenance tasks.
- Undertake other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
