  • Prepare standard client letters as required.
  • Assist with organizing staff and office events.
  • Support the Office Manager with building security and maintenance tasks.
  • Undertake other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
