Job Title: Project Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Support Officer to join our Programme Transformation team on a 1-year secondment. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality project support, including strategic research, information analysis, report writing, and maintenance of project plans and risk logs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Portfolio Manager in setting and creating frameworks, guidance, and templates for managing change across SCAS.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to project managers, ensuring relevant project documentation is completed to the right standard.
  • Monitor incoming projects and maintain the team's intranet page.
  • Monitor and request updates on project progress, including issues, risks, inter-dependencies, resources, and benefits across the programme of change.
  • Manage the virtual project 'library' within SCAS.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare project updates in support of the Executive Transformation Board.
Person Specification:
  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
