Job Title: Senior Field Care Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our operations team. As a Senior Field Care Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising carers, conducting client assessments, and developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of carers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver safe and effective care
  • Conduct regular client assessments to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Monitor the quality of care delivered by carers and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure we are meeting their expectations

Requirements

  • A minimum of [£40,000 - £55,000] per annum based on experience, plus mileage allowance and benefits package
  • Fully flexible with ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Proven work history in care or related field, with experience in supervision or management
  • Excellent knowledge of care sector and its regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues
  • NVQ qualification desirable but not essential
