This role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in key account management, sales, or customer service, with the ability to make decisions on client management and deal with queries directly. Familiarity with CRM systems and client management platforms is also essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will also be working closely with our operational teams to ensure that our services meet the high standards expected by our clients.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including extra leave, casual dress code, company pension, and on-site parking. Ongoing professional development is also available to ensure you can excel in your role.
