Job Title: Sales Territory Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Development Manager to join our team at Network Talent. As a Sales Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within our designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business leads within the designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
