Sales Territory Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Territory Manager, responsible for driving business growth and market share in independent retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Building strong relationships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine-based products.
- Achieving monthly sales targets through effective account management strategies and customer service excellence.
- Working closely with our marketing team to ensure brand activations and promotions are executed effectively in-store.
- Driving non-combustible category growth to position BAT brands as market leaders.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A full clean driving license.
- Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions.
- Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competitive base salary: £34,722 + £3,000 London weighting.
- Bonus: Up to 30% annually, payable upon achieving targets.
- Non-taxable lunch allowance: £7 per day.
- 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), with an option to purchase additional holiday time.
