Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Territory Manager, responsible for driving business growth and market share in independent retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Building strong relationships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine-based products.
  2. Achieving monthly sales targets through effective account management strategies and customer service excellence.
  3. Working closely with our marketing team to ensure brand activations and promotions are executed effectively in-store.
  4. Driving non-combustible category growth to position BAT brands as market leaders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A full clean driving license.
  2. Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions.
  3. Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: £34,722 + £3,000 London weighting.
  • Bonus: Up to 30% annually, payable upon achieving targets.
  • Non-taxable lunch allowance: £7 per day.
  • 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), with an option to purchase additional holiday time.

Salary: £37,722 - £44,722 per annum
