This role is responsible for building close relationships with independent retailers to increase sales of nicotine-based products.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will:

• Drive share of market growth, volume, and brand activations in independent retail outlets

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Ensure high levels of customer service

• Implement effective account management strategies

The Territory Manager will also own territory planning and management, ensuring BAT brands achieve market-leading status in stores.

Requirements:

• A full clean driving license

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions

• An outgoing and positive personality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others

• Strong teamwork and time management skills

• A strong will to succeed, with the ability to self-track targets

Our Benefits:

A competitive salary and bonus structure, including a base salary of £34,722 + £3,000 London weighting and an annual bonus of up to 30%.
