Support Worker Specialist

As a dedicated Care and Education Assistant, you will be supporting young people and adults with moderate and severe SEN and complex needs in a specialist day centre. This fast-paced role involves providing life skills, work experience, and education activities to individuals who share a love of learning and education.
This is a part-time, permanent position starting ASAP, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week commitment from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will be working as part of a team to promote independence among the individuals we support, addressing their personal care needs, and dealing with complex situations. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in liaising with other agencies and families when necessary.
