Records Assistant - Contract Position - US Law Firm
The Charalle Group is seeking an experienced Records Assistant to join their busy Records department on a year's contract in a challenging role.
Maintenance of the firm's hard copy & digital files relating to client matters, anti money laundering and compliance transactions will be a key part of the daily tasks.
Responsibilities will also include transferring boxes from the office to other outlets, requiring a physically demanding role.
Other duties will include updating records and data management, therefore up to date IT skills, particularly knowledge of Excel is required.
Candidates should have a minimum 2 years in a similar support role, preferably with a City law firm.
