Senior Records Analyst

About the Role
Career Legal is seeking a Senior Records Analyst to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the Records Management Service. As a key member of the team, you will ensure that information about records held in digital and hardcopy formats is correct and up-to-date.
You will be responsible for analysing large amounts of data to achieve accurate and consistent information, which will initially require some retrospective data cleansing. This will involve working closely with the team to implement retention in the document management system, ensuring that records are destroyed at the right time with the appropriate approvals in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Data quality assurance and analysis on our records management system.
- Providing support on data management and records storage.
