Senior Records Analyst

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Records Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Records Management Service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information about records held in digital and hardcopy formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data quality assurance and analysis on our records management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide support on high-profile projects as needed and directed.
  • Liaise with external vendors on deliveries and collections.
  • Foster strong relationships with departments within the firm.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to end users on records management best practices.
  • Deliver and collect deeds and other records.
  • Advise or escalate records management queries in a timely manner.

Personal Specification:

  • Experience working in the records management/information governance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer care.
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Demonstrable ability to work using own initiative and prioritize conflicting demands.
  • Work accurately with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
