Learning Assistant for SEND Students

Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd is looking for a skilled Learning Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in primary and secondary schools, and pupil referral units.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Working one-to-one with students and small groups to support their academic and social needs
- Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivery of lessons
- Contributing to creating an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
- Monitoring and recording student progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
- A degree in Education or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient approach
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on experience.
