Empowering Learning Ltd is a dedicated provider of education support services, committed to empowering individuals with complex needs. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Education Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Southwark, London.

We offer a competitive salary of £95-100 per day, based on experience.

About the Role

This role involves supporting students in the classroom, both individually and in groups, as well as supervising children inside and outside the classroom. You will also be responsible for providing personal care as needed and encouraging students in their learning.

To be successful in this role, you must bring passion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to working in SEND learning environments. You should have knowledge and experience with SEND students or a solid background in supporting individuals with autism, PMLD, or other disabilities.

Requirements
  • Experience working in the education or care sector, supporting either adults or children
  • Ability to make a meaningful contribution to the students' learning journey
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
