SEND Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a SEND Learning Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our teachers to provide tailored support to students with SEND.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized learning plans, as well as providing one-to-one support to students in the classroom. You will also be responsible for collaborating with outside agencies, such as occupational therapists and speech therapists, to ensure that students receive comprehensive support.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of SEND principles and practices. You should also be able to work independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, where your contributions will be valued and recognized.
