About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team at eTeach UK Limited. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Headteacher and other members of the Leadership team
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure effective time management and organization
  • Utilize information management systems and strong IT skills to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and maintain high-level verbal and written communication standards
  • Demonstrate reliability and ability to meet key deadlines
Requirements
  • Relevant administrative qualifications, including 5 or more level 2 qualifications (A*-C/4+/equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Ability to prioritize tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
  • A high level of verbal and written communication standards
  • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
