Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Bank Registered Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who wish to work flexibly and have a passion for delivering high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be working across various care homes within a specified region, providing exceptional care to residents and supporting their families.
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. You will be required to travel to various locations and provide guidance and support to all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a team of care staff across multiple locations to deliver exceptional care
- Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player who engages well with others, able to communicate effectively at all levels, and demonstrate a sense of humour and positive outlook.
Estimated salary: £28-£35 per hour.
