Domiciliary Care Scheduler Lead

Position Summary:This role is essential to the delivery of home care services at Amber Mace. As a Domiciliary Care Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring that clients receive the necessary support and care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Client Care Management: Schedule care visits for clients, taking into account client needs and staff availability.
- Care Staff Management: Coordinate with care staff to confirm their availability and provide necessary updates.
- Client Communication: Gather and confirm care requirements from clients and their families.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care schedules, client preferences, and other relevant information.
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting or similar role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
