We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Snap Care, providing 2:1 assistance to a young lady with complex care and medical needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with all areas of daily living activities (ADLs), health, and medical needs
- Work collaboratively with the client's family, therapy team, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the client's well-being and independence
- Provide support with suctioning, manual handling, and other complex medical care requirements
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care and medical needs
- Previous experience in supporting children or young adults with complex care and medical needs
- Confident in all aspects of manual handling and suctioning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable and enthusiastic approach to work
