About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Our Support Workers are the backbone of our organization, providing high-quality care and support to our service users. You will work closely with our team to deliver tailored support plans, ensuring that each individual receives the care and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and community involvement
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for our service users
