Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Payroll and Pensions to lead our payroll and pension operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll and pensions, excellent leadership and management skills, and a proven track record of delivering accurate and compliant payroll and pension processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all payroll and pension operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement payroll and pension strategies to support the organisation's goals.
  • Ensure all payroll and pension processes are efficient and streamlined.
  • Handle complex payroll and pension queries, providing expert advice where necessary.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
  • Ensure regular reporting and analysis of payroll and pension data.
Requirements
  • A strong background in payroll and pensions within a large-scale organisation.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll and pension legislation and regulations.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
