About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor at Toolstation, you will be the face of our brand, making a fantastic first impression and building long-lasting relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching them to grow sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching them to grow sales and achieve targets.
  • Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
  • Providing a great customer experience with a smile on your face, and coaching the team to do the same.
  • Making sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
  • Maintaining our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
