Job Title: Retail Assistant

Role Overview:

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team in Dorking. As a Retail Assistant, you will provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • £11.44 per hour
  • Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month
  • Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you
  • No weekend working

About Us:

DCK Group is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. We are looking for a Retail Assistant who is available to start as soon as possible.

Working with Us:

You will be based in Dorking but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to make working here as smooth as possible.
