We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process from end to end, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for over 400 staff, covering both 4 weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Perform P11D calculations and reconcile payroll.
  • Submit pension contributions and post payroll into management accounts.
  • Collate data for payroll and conduct internal audits on payroll data.
  • Administer employee benefit packages and provide support with HR Administration.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Payroll position is essential.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft, are necessary.
  • A proactive approach to work is essential.
