We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead our Cancer Psychological Therapies team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated psychologist to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our services. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for supervising and managing band 8a posts in Cancer Psychological Therapies, and overseeing band 7 posts and trainee posts.

The successful candidate will have expertise in line management and clinical supervision of psychologists, trainees, and assistant psychologists, as well as experience of delivering psychological therapy to a wide variety of client groups, ages, contexts, and presenting problems.

The estimated salary for this role is £76,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to our employee assistance programme, staff psychological support, individual wellbeing conversations, and a network of health and wellbeing ambassadors.
