We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of our high-quality psychology service, focused on supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.

This role involves providing expert clinical input to high-risk cases, utilizing your knowledge of psychological theory and evidence-based practices. You will lead the development of care plans for patients with complex needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will provide operational management and clinical supervision to qualified psychologists, contributing to the overall success of our service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans for high-risk patients
  • Providing operational management and clinical supervision to qualified psychologists


Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
  • Proven experience in managing high-risk cases and leading multidisciplinary teams
